The ARM-1 DCC Auto Reverse Module can be used to reverse the track polarity at reverse loops, wye junctions or at turntables. As a train enters the protected area and a short circuit is detected, the ARM-1 uses a mechanical relay to reverse the output polarity, eliminating the short so the train can continue on its way.

ARM-2 DCC Solid State Auto Reverse Module / Circuit Breaker

The ARM-2 has two features. First, the unit is a solid state auto reverse module that provides super fast switching of the output polarity when a train enters a reverse loop, wye junction or turntable. The second feature is the ARM-2 has a built in circuit breaker feature that will disable the output if a short is not corrected by reversing the polarity.
